Straightforward terms for per-video processing

Your content and permission to process it

You retain ownership of your content. You must own it or have permission to upload, enhance, temporarily store, and download it. You grant PixelatedFix and the disclosed service providers only the limited permission needed to process your video, secure the service, and meet deletion, payment, and legal obligations.

Enhancement and delivery

AI can reduce visible compression and create a cleaner enlargement, but it cannot prove or perfectly restore detail that was never recorded. A purchased video is delivered only after the output passes automated playback checks. The current service preserves one main audio track; embedded subtitles and additional audio tracks may be omitted and are disclosed before purchase when detected.

Prices and refunds

The exact one-time price is shown before Stripe checkout; there is no subscription or automatic renewal. If PixelatedFix cannot deliver a finished, playable video, the full payment is automatically refunded. A subjective dislike of a completed playable video is not automatically refundable; review the real examples and product limitations before purchase.

Cancellation and retention

You may cancel before delivery. PixelatedFix asks its video-processing service to stop when processing has started, but cancellation may not be immediate. If no finished video is delivered, the full payment is settled automatically. A completed upload that has not been purchased is scheduled for deletion within 30 minutes, and a file that fails the video check within 5 minutes. Paid source files are removed after processing finishes, and completed results are temporary for up to seven days. A manual deletion request revokes access immediately and cannot be undone.

Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful, exploitative, non-consensual intimate, child sexual abuse, privacy-invasive, malicious, or rights-infringing content. Do not use the service to impersonate, deceive, harass, bypass safeguards, probe other users’ files, overload infrastructure, evade rate or cost controls, or interfere with payment and refund systems. Processing may be refused or stopped where reasonably necessary for safety, security, or legal compliance.

Service availability

Processing times are estimates, not guarantees. PixelatedFix may pause new uploads or purchases to protect users and cost limits, while preserving access to existing downloads, refunds, and deletion requests. The service is operated by YONGYI WU, these terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, and support is available at support@pixelatedfix.com.
