Your video is temporary by default

What we process

We process the video you choose, its format and playback details, a privacy-preserving browser identifier, account details after sign-in, order status, quality feedback, and payment status. We do not send filenames, private video links, email addresses, raw media, or payment details to product analytics.

Retention and deletion

A completed upload that has not been purchased is scheduled for deletion within 30 minutes. A file that fails the video check is scheduled for deletion within 5 minutes. Paid source files are removed after processing finishes, and completed results are temporary for up to seven days. A deletion request revokes access immediately; payment, refund, security, and audit records may be retained where legally required.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides edge execution, bot checks, private object storage, queues, and media processing. Supabase hosts the PostgreSQL database. A specialist AI processing service enhances paid videos and temporarily hosts completed media for delivery. Stripe processes checkout, refunds, and disputes. Resend sends transactional job email. Better Auth runs inside PixelatedFix; Google is contacted only if you choose Google sign-in.

Security, abuse prevention, and analytics

Cloudflare Turnstile checks protected upload and checkout requests; its Turnstile Privacy Addendum applies. Product analytics are stored in our own database using privacy-preserving identifiers and broad device categories. Service logs record redacted error codes and video-order identifiers, not video content or reusable access links.

Your choices

You can stop before payment, delete eligible files, or request access, correction, export, or deletion of account data. Browser Global Privacy Control disables client-side product event collection. Send formal privacy requests to privacy@pixelatedfix.com.
